Oddly, Natasha and I started our Enterprise careers on the same day - just in different parts of the country and it wasn't until we both worked in the Nottingham Business Management team, we eventually crossed paths, where I had the pleasure of working alongside Natasha for many years. Natasha has always been able to engage with, and keep others engaged through effective communication and her presentation skills. Through close collaboration with others, Natasha is successful in developing talent and effective teams through the delivery of quality training, instilling trust in not only her ability and knowledge but the wider business. With a keen eye for detail, Natasha can spot key trends and potential problems early minimizing risk and exposure to the business and importantly taking action steps as a result of these findings. This position has opened my eyes as to how hard Key Workers are working and how needed they are in this pandemic. Something completely different to my last role and an eye opener in so many ways. In just two weeks it has made me realise how important people in these supermarkets are supplying food. Whilst replenishing the stock I have been genuinely amazed the support by customers when I have apologised for being in the way or not being quick enough so many have said thank you just simply for doing my job and it goes a long way because it is hard work! I love a challenge, be part of an amazing team and definitely not afraid to get stuck in!
