I had been working alongside Natasha onboard luxury cruiselines. We were part of a revenue team on several vessels. I was immediately impressed with Natasha’s amazing work ethics. Working at sea means working for many months with no weekends and no days off in a dynamic, always changing, challenging environment. A place where stress, pressure, physical and mental exhaustion meet demands of constantly exceeding guests expectations, revenue and customer service targets. Natasha always demonstrated commitment to her role, staying at the top of things, finding creative ways to generate more revenue with limited resources that were available onboard. Confidently leading, mentoring her team to successful results. Her professional, warm demeanor never changed even when faced with demanding customers. I respect Natasha for her integrity, dedication, tenacity, flexibility. It takes a special and a strong person to perservere long months at sea away from family, working in an environment where going extra mile every day is normal and expected. Natasha had proven to thrive in such conditions, being not only a well liked and respected leader of her team but being a top manager of the entire fleet. Natasha is an exceptional asset for any organization I highly recommend.
