I have conducted personalized tours of attractions for school groups in New York City, Toronto, Niagara Falls and Blue Mountain. Ranging from intriguing tourist attractions to historical sites, I present informative yet engaging speeches about the destinations for the groups. All of this is done while managing the groups' time and being the liaison between attraction staff and the clients. I helped create a positive atmosphere and ran engaging camp activities while assisting teens and adults with disabilities at a summer camp working at a ratio of 3 to 1. The aid provided ranged from minor assistance in participating in games and sports to feeding. I also provided medical care for campers experiencing seizures, diabetic emergencies and minor/major physical trauma that occurred during camp activities. Mass Vaccination Team Operations Support for COVID 19 Mass Vaccination Clinics
-
Apr 2021 - Aug 2021
At various COIVD 19 mass vaccination clinics across the Region of Peel I worked in many roles in supporting the vaccination process. I operated the Salesforce software to check clients in and out of our CoVax interface for their vaccination. Inputting or altering the clients' information to ensure all data was accurate and up to date. I also screened clients for COVID 19, managed clients lining up for their vaccine, and answered all questions regarding the vaccine and the vaccination process. Bringing the correct vaccine to the correct vaccination station in a timely manner while maintaining proper cold chain protocols was yet another role I performed. Show less
