Natasha is a compassionate and dedicated young professional and public servant. I had the privilege of working with Natasha as a fellow AmeriCorps NCCC FEMA Corps Team Leader. While this year of service proved challenging for everyone, Natasha was a pillar of support for our Team Leader cohort. She presented crucial leadership skills in her ability to relate to others and raise group morale. She has the wonderful ability to make those around her feel heard and worthy. I learned a great deal from Natasha about being vulnerable, authentic, and present. She is an asset to any team she is a part of, and it has been a privilege to learn from her.
