During my time working here I was an Art Counsellor, this involved teaching a variety of arts and crafts projects to children aged 7-16 and assisting them with their work. During an event called 'Colour War' I was part of and helped lead the team transforming the social hall, this meant decorating half a basketball court floor to celling to transform it into a swamp in two and a half days. Although I was in art throughout the day this job also involved looking after a group of 8 girls aged 11-12, this meant making sure they were awake and ready to start their day, getting them on times to meals and their evening activities. Additionally, twice a week I was on duty which meant sitting outside the cabin until 00:30 in case the girls needed anything during the night.

. My job was to use a handset to pick items for the groceries online department under timed conditions. . This also included finding substitute items for customers when what they wanted was not available, this involved both good product knowledge and logic to find an appropriate fit. . During my time here I had to balance elements of speed, precision and care in order to deliver a great service for our customers. . Additionally, I was also asked to train new colleagues on the shop floor to do this role.
