Client Account Manager
-
Mar 2020 - Present
My current role is to be the primary contact for clients, becoming their trusted advisor, nurturing the client relationship, and understanding the client’s business to successfully help them grow through digital marketing. Managing 10-20 clients at one time by keeping consistent client communication, keeping the CRM project management tool organized for the internal team to stay on track, and ensuring any client concerns or worries are handled promptly. I was part of a digital marketing team that scaled the agency from 7 to 50 clients in one year by building standard operating procedures, implementing a CRM project management tool, and adding new client account managers to successfully grow the agency. I am in charge of developing weekly status reports, alongside the ads specialist and keeping clear communication with the client to ensure they understand the status of their business.

Assistant Brand Manager, Buick
-
Sep 2014 - Feb 2016
At General Motors of Canada I worked as the Assistant Brand Manager for Buick Canada. My responsibilities consist of assisting my manager, director and any other respective departments with the growth of the Buick Brand. I provided customer, industry, and product research to highlight trends and opportunities for decision makers throughout the organization. I assisted in the management of vehicle strategy, including pricing, trim and equipment configurations to ensure competitiveness. I successfully assisted in managing advertising agencies and multiple vendors for corporate marketing campaigns and events in a positive, professional, timely and effective manner. On a monthly basis, I analyzed and reported results of various events and campaigns, measuring their success and effectiveness of capturing leads and the percentage of those converting into sales. A large part of growing the businesses was the reveal two new products within Buick Portfolio. With the assistance of US as well as cross function teams in Canada, there were two successful vehicle launches with all teams within communication, auto show activation and marketing working together.

Apr 2013 - Apr 2014
Canada's Next Top Ad Exec is a nationwide marketing competition for students run by students. Being a Chief CAM Officer, my job is to promote the competition to more than 30 Universities through road trips, professors, career centres and campus ambassadors. With Canada's Next Top Ad Exec I have learned how to be a leader and manage 32 Campus Account Managers (CAMs) throughout Business Schools in Canada. I am responsible for making CAMs have proper training and understand what Top Ad Exec is as well as prepare them to promote the competition on their own with the resources we provide. I have been responsible for planning and organizing road trips to 32 different business schools in Canada. I am in charge of educating my exec team as well as the CAMs for these road trips. These road trips serve the purpose to educate students about the program and the amazing opportunities it offers. To have continuous awareness and positive reputation year after year at all campuses in Canada, we meet many career centre coordinators and professors throughout the year.

Children ages 7-17 from all over the world came to Switzerland to experience an international summer camp. They received 15 hours of English lessons a week. I was responsible for creating a fun camp environment as well as making sure their English level was improving. In the afternoon we had different activities in the mountains including archery, obstacle course in the forest, mountain hikes, high ropes course, white water rafting, excursions to Geneva, Montreux, Vevey. As a counselor my responsibilities were to wake the children up, take care of them all day and put them to bed at a specific time as well as prepare for my English class the next day and complete any other extra curricular activities.
