Provided senior management support to the CEO and the Board of Trustees by managing the daily operations of a 4-million dollars federally-funded project aimed at the development of a technology-related infrastructure towards the exchange of patient health information among eight (8) hospitals in northern, NJ. Tasks: 1. Managed the HEC-NJ’s HIT Project Plan. •Implemented short/long range goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures. •Developed performance-based job descriptions and performance evaluations. •Monitored all technical-related activities aim at exchange readiness and live exchange status among eight (8) member-hospitals. •Monitored the integration of approved privacy and security policies to software applications, programming and member hospital operations. •Planned and facilitated strategic weekly staff meetings. •Identified challenges and facilitated consensus building processes for changes in strategies. 2.
