We have worked with Natalia for over 2 years and I have only the most positive things to share about her. She is a very motivated and driven professional with the strong sense of responsibility and excellent management skills. She has been responsible for all the social media activities for both companies which our team worked with (HYS Enterprise and Epicflow) and she managed everything by herself including in-depth analysis of the market and the target audience, creation of the social media strategy, and ongoing execution of it through multiple social media channels. She managed planning and creation of all the social media content and she collaborated closely with the content & design teams, giving them clear plans and directions to ensure a smooth execution of the social media plan. She has always shown excellent skills in terms of organizing the team and putting needed processes in place; she does not require a close supervision or micromanagement and thirves in environment that gives a certain level of autonomy and where she can implement her ideas and strategies. During our collaboration with Natalia she often stepped out of the social media strategist role and helped in other areas of marketing: with a comprehensive market and target audience researches I mentioned, with defining the brand identity and channels where the brands should be present in, with organizing webinars and workshops and creating a promotional strategies for them, with paid advertising campaigns and so much more. On a separate note I would like to highlight her soft skills - she always treats people with respect and kindness and is willing to help other team members wherever she can. Honestly, Natalia was one of the experts I got to work with in my career and I couldn't recommend her enough!
