As part of the Service Department that supports customers with the aftercare of vehicles, I independently organised and maintained the day-to-day processes and procedures of Peugeot Warranty Department for three branches. I ensured daily, weekly, and monthly targets and deadlines were met and consulted with various managers regarding the developments within the department. I conferred with vehicle technicians and service advisors to confirm that the correct procedures were in place to safeguard the payment of claims.
