I managed a food and drink outlet, Munch, from its conception and continuously increased its performance through improved communication strategies and product offerings, staff training, friendly professional customer service, embedding systems to minimise waste, and providing timely solutions to any problems. I was recognised through LSU’s star programme for my outstanding customer service. I experienced all aspects of LSU's catering operations and my key responsibilities included supervising staff, staff training on procedures and food safety issues, including allergens and product labelling, sales, stock control and ordering, and daily operations. Prior to Munch opening I ran the main kitchen where I was responsible for menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and serving for lunch time service and a large variety of events. Show less
