The best leaders are those who set a strong vision, gather an intelligent team and then keep focused on doing the right things for the right reasons - all true of Natalie. In an industry that has needed improvements and upgrades for decades, Natalie has built her company with a fresh vision for the future while investing in improvements in the process and the people - because that is most important to her. It is her humble and visionary leadership style that has steadily built the success of Hightower Group and will continue to set the organization up for success in future.

I had an amazing opportunity to join an early stage start-up and meet phenomenal teachers who are working hard to build stronger connections with students and parents in order to positively impact student achievement. Remind also gave me the chance to work side-by-side some incredibly talented folks previously at Facebook, Spotify, Instagram, Google to name a few, so I learned a lot along the way. I joined Remind to build out the Support team after the series A round of funding. I developed new processes and infrastructure to help support our growing user base which doubled from 15M to 35M within 2 years. I built relationships with our top users to better understand the needs inside and outside of the classroom and worked cross-functionally with User Research, Community, Marketing and Product Development to ensure we were shipping the best and most useful product for teachers. We set and achieved aggressive KPIs for response times, resolutions and bug fixes and expanded our ability to respond quickly during seasonal spikes. Remind has raised approximately $60M, is now used in 90+% of US School Districts and has delivered over 3.6 billion messages since getting started. https://www.remind.com/ Show less
