Always great work from Natalie, I can't recommend her enough.

Emma Humphries

Natalie had a professional approach to work and always tried to find the best solution. She was organised and knowledgeable. Her smiley face also cheered me up.

Ryan Carroll

During my time at Circle Express, Natalie always maintained an enthusiastic and diligent work ethic whilst endlessly supporting those around her. If the opportunity arose, I would happily work with her again without hesitation.

In February 2020, I set up Rebox HR with a personable and bespoke approach in mind, this allows small businesses to access HR services to help support and grow their business. I have simplified the traditional HR solution by providing commercially viable solutions that are practical and jargon-free!There are many ways to work with us, on a retainer, pay as you go and project basis. We are here to help your business to become compliant and confident with HR procedures and employment law. I work with many different clients including Tech Start-Ups, Letting Agents, Beauticians, Couriers, Hauliers, Hairdressers, Estate Agencies, Automotive and Accountants to name but a few! I love working with every one of them, each with differing needs and requirements. Well, life would be boring if we were all the same!To help businesses on lower budgets, I also have created a suite of toolkits, including disciplinary and grievance, investigations, appraisals, maternity, new starters and performance management.I also design and create tailored training solutions including workplace mental health awareness, people management essentials and HR masterclasses; in addition to traditional training programmes.
