Although the project was complex Natalie demonstrated excellent subject matter expertise and managed the project to a very satisfactory hand over. I have had the pleasure of working with Natalie as a client since 2008. When we first began working together her focus was on client services with a particular emphasis on management information. While travel management companies deliver value to their clients in many ways, the most obvious reflection of that value comes through MI they provide. Natalie has a very strong handle on how to present data to customers and the underlying factors that distinguish good information from bad. I think this foundation combined with her outgoing personality and knowledge of the business make her an extremely valuable asset for any company. I personally evaluate people on the type of questions they ask and how quickly they can think on their feet. Natalie is up there with the best of them.
