Designed and managed operational infrastructure to connect a remote network of Psychiatrists, NPs, and Medical Assistants in service of many hundreds of telehealth clients. Coded and leveraged digital tools to enable seamless Clinical Operations across the team. This included managing SoP adherence and HIPAA compliance, patient intake screening, EHR, clinician licensing (multi-state), legal compliance in the telehealth space, and more. Fought to destigmatize substance use disorders through recovery-related info sessions and bridging the divide between sub free and non sub free students.
