I mentored Natalie through the RIBA Student Mentoring programme 2020/21. Natalie was enthusiastic, reliable and engaged throughout, contacting me to arrange sessions and attending on time. Our discussions were by Zoom call, as at the time, all learning was remote. She also demonstrated keen interest in our work, taking notes and asking questions to broaden her knowledge of real-world architecture. I was impressed by her level of commitment to acquiring as much knowledge as possible, and also by her confidence and interpersonal skills.
