Natalie, is a great teamleader, colleague and direct report. She is passionate and trusted in her role. Has an excellent work ethic, excellent eye for detail, managed both external and internal clients with the same tact and consideration. Well respected within the team and an excellent mentor. Having worked with Natalie was a joy.

To Whom It May Concern: It is my pleasure to strongly recommend Natalie Westerman for a position within any hospitality company or Institution. My name is Tom Verheul, Cluster Director of Revenue at The Vincent Hotel Group. Natalie is an individual I have worked with who uniquely stands out. We at TVHG hire attitude, not skills. The way people think, behave and act is more vital to our business then the skills and knowledge people have when joining. When I first met Natalie, I knew that she is a special person with a great personality. Hospitality experience but no experience to the job at hand. The sparkle in her eyes, the eagerness to learn en develop and the right motivation gave her the job. We soon noticed her outgoingness and friendliness. She has an open attitude, shows professionalism, and fits in with the team and organisation easily. She came with lots of experience within the meetings and hospitality sector but did not have any experience within the world of hotels, the systems and terminology used. She is a fast learner, documents all she does, is punctual and likes to work with a checklist. You can count on her and you can count on the job being done. Natalie served the group to look after our 3 hotels around the Amsterdam Arena area that have almost 700 rooms combined and the biggest MICE facilities of the portfolio. Together with her team, Natalie delivered 68% increase in group revenue over the entire year 2019 vs the year 2018. Her contribution supported the growth in Market share for 8 out of the 11 hotels within the portfolio. Our groups conversion percentage grew double digit and our response time to enquiries went from 42% to 72% over the course of 2019. The outbreak of the Corona virus was the one and only reason for our company to let go of Natalie. Natalie has proven to be a highly valuable employee to me and to many others within our hotel group. Also on a personal level, I think highly of Natalie. She has shown eagerness and flexibility and is always willing to help and loves to learn new skills. I am absolutely confident that Natalie would be a great fit for your and everyone’s company. If you need more information or specific examples, please do not hesitate to contact me via email (tom.verheul@tvhg.com) or by phone (+31 6 30231158) As a recommendation letter likely only provides a snapshot of her talents and achievements, I would be happy to further elaborate on my time working with her. Sincerely, Tom Verheul - Cluster Director of Revenue The Vincent Hotel Group
