Building and supporting a customer centric solution for a Management Investment company. The whole solution comprised some parts such as: Customer Overview (Customer Segmentation regarding their Company Loyalty - Behavior and Custody held), investigating Customer Engagement in a financial context, Customer Journey (what are the triggers that make the company believe a customer is likely to be loyal) and Investment Cycle (are there seasons which customers prefer to apply money?). All solutions were implemented based on data insights, company meetings and they included data exploration and machine learning techniques.
