She is a true business partner in any situation and an expert in Human Resources, Recruiting and Learning and Development. She recruited and hired over 200 new employees in a compressed time frame. She consistently found reliable skilled people who integrated with the company’s culture and budget constraints. She simultaneously helped out in identifying and filling in training gaps.
