I was extremely fortunate enough to have met Natalie a year ago from the date that this recommendation was given. We were hiring for a very specific job - for an investment administrator in a very fast-paced firm holding a great deal of personal and business assets. We really needed someone who had previous experience and was hoping for expertise in that area in order to manage this very compliance heavy position. Natalie was one of many candidates in a strong field that applied, and Natalie had no previous investment experience. What Natalie immediately impressed upon myself and my business manager - was her incredible personality, and her desire to learn. Natalie did not fear anything when I told her that there would be a steep learning curve, a great deal of stress related to the sheer volume of the position, and the technicality of the role. Natalie was and is incredibly ambitious, and has learned 2 yrs of work experience in 12 months (and under extra-ordinary circumstances (COVID). Natalie has worked for our team for a year, and unfortunately, we have only been together working in person for two months. In a period of time when others would or could have faltered from the pressures of working remotely, trying to learn a fast-paced and at times stressful job role in a new place of work - Natalie absolutely rose to the occasion. Natalie single-handedly and without instruction has started a variety of efforts - ECIVDA marketing efforts, team get together ideas, a successful 12 days of Christmas campaign (during her days off), managed to start fixing our internal database, and business tracking process. It's an incredible effort for a shorter period of time with us. There is no question as to how important Natalie is to our team, and I am very proud to have promoted Natalie to Supervisor of Wealth and Client Experience today at her one year review.
