Bio
Chris Mollan
I worked with Natalie Wade in my capacity as Operations Director of a £100M plus Travel Management Company. Natalie was an integral and respected member of the team not only in our Hull office where she was based but also as a valued member of our Out of Hours Unit which required her to work independently between the hours of 18:00 and 08:30. I believe it takes a special type of person to be able to work on the Out of Hours as it requires a great deal of confidence in your own abilities and of course it requires the knowledge and experience that allows you to work with autonomy in what can be, at times, a very isolated and stressful environment. Natalie has proven that she has all of these skills and was a very valued member of the Out of Hours Unit. When Natalie was on her normal day duties she was a dedicated team member who was always keen to learn new tasks as well as taking on training to expand her knowledge and skill set. Natalie embraced the training and professional development training offered by the comp[any and attended several courses as well as being a key member of our Leaders of the Future programme. Natalie’s work ethic towards culture, standards, accuracy, time keeping, and relationships both internally and with our clients were consistently excellent.
Terri Waters
Natalie has been Stage One's primary travel consultant for several years, dealing with all our train travel and flights all over the world. I have had the pleasure of working with her personally for nearly 4 years, since I first joined Stage One. She has excellent attention to detail - often spotting my minor mistakes that could have caused major headaches and costs further down the line. With the ability to work under pressure and remain calm and better still - cheerful, even when I'm asking the near impossible! I would have no hesitation in recommending Natalie to anyone out there who needs travel assistance and I hope to continue to work for her for many years to come.
