  A Better Way is a non-profit organization that shelters women who have experienced intimate partner violence or have been sexually assaulted. I am responsible for answering the National Suicide Hotline, which is another service A Better Way offers.   Discovery Day Camp is a day camp that is open to children ages 4-13 years old. I worked with a variety of ages during the summers of 2018 and 2019. Some of the core responsibilities were accounting for all campers in my group, creating weekly activity plans, and interacting with campers during activities. Each week we would be paired with another counselor and assigned an age group of campers. This required teamwork to ensure all responsibilities were being accomplished.
