Run research participants each semester to conduct experiments examining whether verbal and non-verbal behaviors emitted during line-up procedures is useful for distinguishing accurate and inaccurate witnesses. I've coded up to twenty videos weekly, analyzing and reviewing a number of behaviors including facial expressions, movements and gestures, verbal references, and final decisions when subjects view the simulated lineup.
