A successful project is contingent on a strong team. It’s a give, but it’s surprising how often you don’t have that. Natalie joined midway through a project I was working on that was needing some management help and strong leadership. This project was a complicated and long standing campaign that had several months left to completion - there was a lot at stake. When Natalie joined there was a palpable difference in the dynamic of the team. Natalie took the project by the horns and recalibrated management, helping us get ahead and set us up for continued success throughout the remainder of the campaign. As a creative, I appreciate a strong hand in account leadership to help the best creative navigate and negotiate the process to execution. Natalie was that strong presence, whether with the client or internally, that gave everyone the confidence that the project could succeed. Natalie also paid attention to the creative idea. She was interested in understanding the creative, in order to be the best advocate for it. That dual strength - leadership in the room, and care for the creative - is something I seldom see in the business and it sets the bar very high. Having her as part of the team was a transformative experience for this project. If you get a chance to work with Natalie she will inevitably help elevate your team to its highest potential.

I had the pleasure of working with Natalie on one of the most difficult programs of my 18 year career in Agency Production. She is an absolute gem to say the very least. She is a consummate team player, go getter, problem solver and reliant colleague. She engages immediately as a professional and as a friend. Natalie is clear on all the puzzle pieces that she is responsible for, along with all the players on the team and their respective responsibilities. I’ve never seen one Account lead retain so much information and be able to professionally delivery it with absolute clarity to the client and internal counterparts. I can go on. Natalie is a superstar that would be more than an asset to any team. She’s a powerhouse account director if I ever saw one.

Natalie has a level of energy and enthusiasm that few in the business can match. I love how smart she is and how she always sees the big picture. I also love how she totally gets good creative. She is by far, one of my favorite account supervisors ever!
