I managed the start up of Everycare West Kent for the Director Peter Hurlock. Everycare West Kent went from being unknown to being the market leader in West Kent with 18months of trading. Everycare West Kent began trading in September 2012 and by the start of 2014 was a profitable and stable business. With my management of the company it has become a business that allows the director to pursue other avenues, confident in the knowledge his business is secure. Bluebird Care (Gravesend and Dartford) was a start up domiciliary care company and the second branch for the respective directors. I was responsible for liaising with health care professionals to take on packages of care. I then worked closely with them to ensure care needs were constantly being met. I was responsible for planning up to five thousand visits per month to customers, and managing staff rotas for up to 50 staff members at a time using bespoke software.
