Natalie’s passion for what she does has taken our company to another level. She is very determined and driven and surprises you all the time with great ideas and challenges. She is also very supportive and helps you get to levels you weren’t even aware you had in you. Natalie is very trustworthy and empowering and she believes in providing the best possible service to our customers. Most importantly she has a way of making her team sharing these beliefs so that we can all work towards the same goal. I have already learnt loads off her, from her wealth of knowledge in the care industry and she has always made me feel valued.

Natalie's professionalism and dedication to improving care services across the country are second to none. Seeing how she has formed the Expertise Homecare franchise from conception to thriving business in a very short period of time has been truly inspirational and i'm excited to see what she will achieve in the years ahead. Anyone thinking of working with Natalie and her team won't be disappointed.

Expertise Homecare was originally set up as Franchisor for domiciliary care. Over the last 18-24 months we have amended our service offering to provide the following centralised services:Financial Services- bookkeeping, payroll, ledger control, monthly management accounts and more.Training- both initial training and ongoing training programsCentralised Out of Hours On Call Team- to manage the out of hours period Compliance- centralised live oversight and support of regulatory compliance Recruitment- we are working on a centralised team of bank staff to assist with covering calls on a temporary basis as well as permanent placements inside our networkThese services are in addition to the centralised service we were already providing as part of our franchising remit. It now means our franchisees and their teams benefit from greater central support as these services strengthen and grow.We are now looking to expand via acquisitions in the South East to build upon our high quality model that is operating throughout Kent. Expertise Homecare (Central & West Kent) Ltd is the flagship branch for the Expertise Homecare brand. We have taken a new approach in our branch to use a modular approach to domiciliary care management. This has enabled us to recruit outside the care sector to bring in new talent. These pods operate with an effective new team structure to alleviate the pressure often found inside domiciliary care management teams. As our flagship branch we trial new ideas, systems and process inside the branch to find effective solutions to new challenges presented by the sector. Expertise Homecare (Central & West Kent) is registered with the CQC to provide support to both Adults and Children, and is further developing in the social care field every year with new offerings and creative solutions to everyday problems. I stood in as Chair for CSEK for 10 months. Due to time commitments I was unable to continue this position, however it bought time for a new permanent chair to be found. The team at CSEK were supportive and it was a great experience into both the Charity Sector and chairing a board of trustees.

    • Vice Chair Board of Trustees
      • Sep 2020 - Feb 2021

I was Vice Chair to the Board of Trustees at CSEK from September 2020- February 2021. When the former Chair left, I was voted into the position of interim Chair. It was a position I could not commit to long term so I filled the role until a permanent chair could be found.

I managed the start up of Everycare West Kent for the Director Peter Hurlock. Everycare West Kent went from being unknown to being the market leader in West Kent with 18months of trading. Everycare West Kent began trading in September 2012 and by the start of 2014 was a profitable and stable business. With my management of the company it has become a business that allows the director to pursue other avenues, confident in the knowledge his business is secure. Bluebird Care (Gravesend and Dartford) was a start up domiciliary care company and the second branch for the respective directors. I was responsible for liaising with health care professionals to take on packages of care. I then worked closely with them to ensure care needs were constantly being met. I was responsible for planning up to five thousand visits per month to customers, and managing staff rotas for up to 50 staff members at a time using bespoke software.
