Forget About The Dog is an ensemble theatre company which writes and produces its own material. The company is supported by Harrogate Theatre. As company producer, my role is to make sure that creative activity is translated into well organised and delivered performances which also result in financial return. Using a large network of contacts to source best external freelance artists where necessary and integrating them into the company.

- Oversaw and managed the day to day running of the Press and Marketing office during the run up to the Fringe. Answered queries via email and phone and proofed companies design materials and press releases.- Once the Fringe began I managed a small team in the office. We liaised with press and performing companies to ensure that companies received press coverage and reviews.- Helped companies with their marketing strategies, advising them on how to increase ticket sales and awareness of their show.- Organised and managed welcome and networking events for companies at the venue. - Promoted the venue itself via social media, flyering, and through attendance at networking events, also creating relationships with other venues. - The department also took responsibility for decorating the venue and make it look welcoming.
