Natalie and I worked together for four years, training 100's of law firm staff and attorneys on mandatory electronic filing and service of documents. The majority of these trainings were done onsite at firms. Often, these were very complicated demonstrations that required immense patience and breadth of knowledge. We worked extremely well together, and our skill sets dovetailed in a way that was enthusiastically received by our audiences. We also held a number of account management conferences wherein the task was to straighten out difficult and frustrating issues. Natalie was always patient and dedicated to resolving issues to the complete satisfaction of the client.
