Natalie was responsible for the successful delivery of my Operational Small Change Programme at Skandia International. Natalie is a hard working, solution orientated Project Manager, who has a great future ahead of her. She is a 'safe pair of hands', gets the job done to the best of her ability. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

I joined SLF UK as part of a new Change Management Team, set up to govern and control a portfolio of around 50 programmes and projects. My key responsibilities include ensuring that the portfolio register is maintained with projects appropriately prioritised. I manage the portfolio plan, identifying potential resource constraints and scheduling challenges. I have established many of the PMO processes and procedures, creating governance templates and guidelines for use throughout the SLF Change community.

After joining Skandia as a project coordinator I was able to expand my role to take on further responsibilities, such as assisting with the establishment of a large programme office and junior project management activities. Initially starting as a project administrator I was promoted internally to project coordinator. I worked on a LSA funded project that aimed at training visually and/or hearing impaired persons to become learning advocates and volunteers. Project funding, and delivery, was split between Learning Links and another organisation. This gave me early, hands on, experience of working on cross-site projects. My key responsibilities included, tracking the achievement of project deliverables, reporting MI on progress to the CEO.
