  Sales & Customer Service - Commercial Key Accounts International Decorative Surfaces Sep 2006 - Present 16 yrs 6 mos I joined International Decorative Surfaces in 2006 as part of the retail product team. I specialised in kitchen worksurfaces and wall panelling. After 4 years I took the opportunity to develop my sales skills and moved into commercial sales. Here I honed my product knowledge with sheet laminate, compact grade laminate and melamine faced boards. I was promoted to Internal Key Accounts where in conjunction with the Sales Manager, we work closely to ensure growth to the key account business within the branch.
