Focused, driven and tireless are traits that come to mind when I think of Natalie. I've known Natalie since she was a standout student in high school and college, competing for scholarships. Before she graduated college, she joined my real estate firm as the youngest associate in our history. After graduation she immediately leveraged her experience into positions with national and global companies. I am particularly impressed by Natalie’s ability to quickly understand complex issues/concepts and incorporate them into practical solutions. Long term planning and follow-thru are hallmarks of her work ethic. I've never known Natalie to "let the grass grow under her feet", but she always remembers her roots - family and friends. As a team member, leader or entrepreneur, Natalie earns my highest recommendation.
