As the Team Lead, I filled the role of manager/individual contributor by leading and managing a team of Energy Advisors, delivering on individual energy savings opportunities, and coordinating with a Program Manager to ensure the program goals are met or exceeded. In this role, I managed 2 Energy Advisors, which included weekly check-ins, semi-annual performance reviews, and ongoing support for the EA when and where needed. I also continued to deliver on my own individual energy savings goal monthly, while supporting my EAs in customer meetings, outreach, and pipeline management. I continuously report to the Program Manager about the status of our Utility Program, my EAs, and myself. When a new EA is onboarded, the TL works closely with them during the first few months on the job to ensure EA is set up for success.Outside of this role, I also developed and ran the Energy Advisor Mentorship program for new hires, as well as developed and ran the Energy Advisor Onboarding program. I continuously worked to improve upon both of these programs to make sure they were the best and most efficient they could be. Show less

    • Student Athlete - Women's Rowing Team
      • Aug 2014 - May 2018

During my time on the rowing team, I was able to acquire new skills and continue developing others. These skills include, but are not limited to, time management, self discipline & motivation, teamwork & collaboration, communication, and leadership. Rowing requires a high level of mental and physical toughness, given that practice starts at 5 am 5-6 days a week out in the cold darkness. In addition to water practice, land practices were also held 4 times a week, consisting of weight lifting and erg training. Show less
