I had the pleasure of working with Natalie at Spark44, where we managed the social media output together for Jaguar Global. Natalie is a fantastic account handler who exemplifies the key skills and attributes of the job – she is highly organised, diligent, determined (shows great conviction) and has excellent interpersonal skills. As her line Manager, I knew that I could always trust Natalie to manager her own time (and that of her own reports) in the most effective way possible - regularly managing projects (of various scales), end-to-end, without requiring anything more than water-cooler council. Natalie epitomises the new model of content marketeer and is truly multi-skilled. She is equally adept at creating strategies, selling creating concepts, managing shoots, overseeing production, tracking and optimising campaigns or (possibly her favourite task) running a ruthlessly efficient finance tracker or project budget. We delivered a number of projects together in our two and a bit years together at Spark, and much of the resulting content remains the work I am most proud of. I know for a fact that her clients loved her too and any organisation would be extremely lucky to count her in their ranks.
