Partner with the sales team and serve as the relationship manager providing solutions based on the understanding of the trust and funeral laws in my ten states. Oversee trust transfers from and to other trustees including review of trust agreements, holdings statements, tax returns, account set ups, and transfers of trust funds. Report new account and rollover metrics to upper management/Board of Directors. Lead state expansion project. Responsible for all account on-boarding and off-boarding. Work with state regulators and legal counsel to ensure compliance with all preneed and cemetery trust law and regulations.
