We had a very fruitful cooperation with Natalie, when she was heading talents development in our region - she was super helpful in supporting me and my team in continuous process of soft and hard skills development, revealing key competences gaps and advising on effective bridging those, she was always reachable and attentive to our needs, very action driven and competent in her field. I observed her genuine willingness to actively contribute into our team's success and dealing with her was always a pleasure. I strongly recommend Natalie as competent and value adding team player!
