I am so grateful to have worked for and learned from Natalie early in my career. Natalie is an efficient and effective manager with the rare ability to inspire an entire staff to aim higher and achieve more. At every meeting, Natalie was prepared with a strategic plan of action supported by her expansive knowledge and experience. Her own performance and ambition is only exceeded by the investment that she makes into the success her colleagues and clients. Natalie is an absolute delight to be around and would be a welcome addition to any results-oriented team.

Natalie so clearly recognizes the importance of relationships, which is why it's no surprise to me she is working in non-profit development. I met Natalie early on in my role as director of learning and development in GWs' Division of Development and Alumni Relations. Her sincerity, responsiveness and team-based approach to work made her an ideal volunteer leader for the numerous learning and engagement programs held that were staff-driven. When Natalie commits herself to a project, you can be sure it will get done, with a smile, followed by a relentless desire to do it even better next time around. These are qualities that make for an exceptional professional, colleague, friend and person.
