They create performances and workshops that embody a sense of empowerment, flight, experimentation and artistry aimed to leave audiences and participants feeling enthused and exhilarated. My coaching supported OTW to understand and articulate the fundamental values of the Company, discuss the individual strengths and weaknesses of the three founder partners, consider what they collectively wished the Company to represent, and also how conflict or disagreement would be resolved in the event it arose. Yskynna Vertical Dance CIO are the pioneers of vertical dance theatre in Cornwall and the SouthWest. Working with non traditional venues, high walls, cliff faces, tall buildings and large open spaces, Yskynna welcomes new challenges and the chance to create in iconic and inspiring places. The company consists of an international team of vertical dancers, circus aerialists, actors and riggers, and Yskynna are proud to represent the highest level of vertical dance theatre performance and collaborative creative projects. Full production manager role for the following productions: - Bligh Spirt at the National Maritime Museum. Installation piece. - If you go down to the Woods at Trebah Gardens. Promenade production. My role with Yskynna was to act as Production Manager in the delivery two immersive theatre production. The production consisted of moving performance, vertical dance elements, circus, opera and a fire breathing dragons! My role also included grant applications to help ensure the financial viability of the project. The main tasks I undertook on site in this role where attending production meetings, providing a point of communication with the venue, director and performers. Implementation of performance risk assessment and management. Coordination of some elements of production marketing, including dealing with press and reporters.
