I worked with and managed Natalie at Accordant Media and she was hands down one of the best team leaders, client partners, and analytical thinkers I have worked with in my career. Her dedication to her work and the team she ran was second to none. Within a very short time she became capable of running teams and business with limited supervision, knowing when to ask for help or convene larger teams to solve problems. She was a great mentor to those she supervised, and was skilled at fostering a shared sense of objective and pride within the team. I would also say that Natalie is one of the more emotionally intelligent and self aware people I have managed, which is a fantastic skill to have it the wild world of advertising! I'd recommend Natalie in a heartbeat to run teams, manage people, and work with clients.

As the analytics team lead, I've worked with a handful of client team leads on many client initiatives and I can say that Natalie is one of the strongest to work with in the organization.
