Natalie is incredibly passionate and dedicated in the work that she does. She has been one of the most supportive supervisors I’ve had. We created an action plan for an alumni ambassador program for Campus France USA. She communicated with me and my colleague frequently and would give us detailed feedback and insights on our project progressions. She made sure she could provide us with the right tools and resources to design this initiative that we’ve discussed since my first semester in grad school. Natalie helped me visualize this program and work towards building a plan for implementation the following semester. She always left me with words of encouragement. I couldn’t recommend a better person than Natalie to work with.

Natalie is an excellent manager and made my first remote working experience enriching. Though we worked closely together on a communications campaign with influencers and Alliances françaises in the US, Natalie allowed me to work independently as well. She was always ready to brainstorm ideas, discuss strategies to reach new audiences and give constructive feedback. Natalie juggled several responsibilities with grace and professionalism. In addition to managing a communications campaign, she took care of urgent student VISA matters because of COVID-19, yet always made herself available. Last but not least, Natalie is a great mentor and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her.
