Motomax Program Co-ordinator
-
May 2016 - Oct 2016
I was originally brought on to project manage the summer Motomax program - a weekly full day event for seriously ill children and their families which included sailing on a yacht to provide respite and time to bond and have fun as a family, not focused on illness. This expanded to taking on more extensive work with the Children's Services team, including planning the monthly big excursions for up to 300 people.I regularly liaised and sent updates to 400+ Starlight families regarding programs and events, created a priority matrix to evaluate when families were due an event invite, and cold called businesses and organizations with donation requests.

I implemented Chungdahm's new integrated use of smart TV and tablets at our branch after undergoing special training.
