After working with her for almost two years, I can tell you that Natalie is an alchemist. She turns everything she touches into gold. She’s a quick study, strategic thinker, customer service oriented, and manages her time well. What’s unique about Natalie is that she’s a strong listener, collaborator, and connector. She considers the time, expertise, and skills of the people around her, and figures out how to involve them as early as possible to benefit both the project (in the short-term) and the organization (over the long-term). It takes patience and perseverance to do this properly while also being able switch gears many times a day to support multiple projects and tasks. Natalie also volunteers to do more to ease her team’s workload and still meets her deadlines. You can trust her to own whatever you give her. She’s also really good at asking for and accepting feedback. She’s an absolute joy to work with. She’ll teach you something new every day. If I was a CEO, I’d want her in my corner.

Natalie is bright, hardworking and incredibly organized. A talented writer and researcher, she understands the needs of her audience and writes to suit them. Particularly skilled in evaluation, Natalie helped us create and execute communications plans that could be evaluated using sound statistics. As our intranet project coordinator Natalie was key to the design and implementation of our new intranet portal, researching best practices, leading and managing content migration and user training.
