Natalie and I have worked collaboratively at Costco Logistics for almost eight years, and I have found her be a very conscientious and very diligent professional. Natalie is cheerful, eloquent and hardworking. Her enthusiasm for the job comes through in all she does. She has a positive attitude that makes her a pleasure to work with and is one of the reasons she is so well liked by her colleagues. On many occasions, I've had to reach out to Natalie for guidance on certain projects. Natalie is thorough with her work ethic, and she is always looking for viable solutions to difficult problems. Natalie has a take-charge personality and will overcome any and all obstacles that are presented to her. Natalie would be a great asset to any company, and I recommend her for employment.

I worked with Natalie when we were both at Innovel Solutions. Natalie did an amazing job as the Region Admin.; her reports were always on time and accurate. Natalie has a can do approach to her work and always brings a smile to the table. She is a true team player, a pleasure to work with and positively impacts those around her.

Responsible for providing assistance and computer support for managers and employees in the Northeast Region. In my position of Administrative Assistant, I am also responsible for compiling and updating several reports for the district team; such as the Damage Claims report, Inventory Tracking report, and 70+ Installation reports. I am in charge of ensuring that our region team meets each deadline that is given to us. To keep track of the many deadlines, I use what is called the Deadline Tracker which is simply an Excel file that I have created to mark units as 'Completed' on specific tasks when they have successfully completed the assignment given. I use Microsoft Outlook for sending and receiving emails as well as controlling my direct manager's calendar which leads to accepting and sending out calendar invites for meetings and tasks. Also, I collect ups and downs weekly, purchase supplies, compile action plans into PowerPoint, create meeting agendas, and gather any additional information that may be needed. I have recently been given the new task of creating a monthly newsletter of which I send out to our business partners to enhance communication within the Team. To accomplish my tasks, I work with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint on a daily basis. As the Administrative Assistant, I am the main point of contact for the region. Show less
