  I managed groups of 12-20 kids, taught them beginner sailing skills, created lesson plans for two-week sessions, problem-solved to create new lesson plans during poor weather, coached both in a classroom and from a motorboat, handled injuries and interpersonal conflict between campers as well as technical boating issues, and positively represented the camp when speaking with parents.
