It is a pleasure for me to recommend Natalie Banie . She’s a professional Property Manager that always went above and beyond for her Client .Bonnie was always on time , professional and extremely talented and the Condo Board loved that about her . We have worked together for number of years and me and Association miss her dearly . There was number of times that building had unexpected floods in the middle of night and she was there with me and the Plumbers on site salving the problem to avoid huge damages to residents units bellow . She has far exceeded Boards expectations on daily basis . She’s a true example Of Professional Property Manager , Freind and just a Great Person .
