Meet the owner and head trainer Natalie Axley: Natalie graduated from Mississippi College with a degree in Exercise Science and has a personal training certification through American College of Sports Medicine. Natalie grew up an athlete playing basketball and softball and always had an interest in fitness, working out, muscle anatomy and anything involving exercise. Natalie has worked in a wide range of fitness facilities and also has experience from being a fitness director. She has four years of experience in personal training, but has been involved in fitness for the last seven years. Natalie has been planning for years to open a personal training facility designed towards what she believes is the most effective way to help individuals reach their fitness goals. " I have a passion for helping people especially when it comes to reaching goals, to see the joy on someones face when they accomplish something they thought was impossible or when they reach a goal they have set is very rewarding to me."
