During my internship, I was an auto liability intern. My responsibilities were to speak to all involved parties, determine liability in each situation and communicate the outcome to each member. In addition to auto liability, I also analyzed data and gave feed back to full-time auto adjusters for future improvement, and spoke with customers to ensure our customer satisfaction goals were met. Throughout the internship, I was able to further develop my time management skills. At times I had several tasks to complete in a specific time frame and had to prioritize my time to ensure all tasks were completed correctly. In addition to this, I also had the ability to improve my public speaking skills. Along with the other auto interns, I presented a project focused on employee engagement through an employee website to local leaders in the Olathe office.
