Natalie is a hardworking and professional employee. She is willing to step up and help when asked. Natalie is one of our lead trainers and has helped others excel. Our company is lucky to have her on our team representing our brand.

Natalie has been working for us since the beginning of the summer, and we certainly couldn't have asked for a better intern. She has been able to complete a variety of assignments for us including, but not limited to: helping us to establish a social media presence for our office, single-handedly created a training PowerPoint for one of our key industry focuses, spent countless hours researching sales opportunities in one of our key markets, and has helped us to find creative ways to identify qualified candidates for our clients. In her short time with us she has made a huge impact in each of the key areas of our business. What impresses me most about Natalie is her innate ability to understand areas for improvement within our business, and her willingness to take the initiative (completely unprovoked) to help us to get better. For these reasons and many more I am confident in saying that Natalie would be a huge asset to any future employer.

Through my progression from hostess to server to bartender, I have developed time management skills to ensure all shifts functioned efficiently while communicating with guests, staff, and management. I have a strong ability to multi-task and delegate tasks as needed. Along with these skills, I was also able to improve my customer service skills and became a certified trainer for 2 years. I have been given the opportunity to do a variety of things for my internship. A large portion of my time is spent researching, developing and implementing social media pages for the Kansas City location as well as creating, scheduling and updating content on the pages daily. In addition to this, I am also able to work on other projects that support the recruitment team. These have included researching potential sales leads, searching candidates for specific positions, writing and posting job descriptions, and learning about the staffing industry as a whole. I have grown my skill base and enhanced my knowledge of digital and social media marketing throughout my time at Professional Employment Group. Show less

As an assistant teacher, my responsibilities included planning and developing lessons and activities for children ages 3-4. I had to ensure lessons were appropriate for their learning level, but challenging enough to prepare students for the following year either at the daycare or kindergarden. I assisted students in all of their daily activities while maintaining a high level of safety. During my internship, I was an auto liability intern. My responsibilities were to speak to all involved parties, determine liability in each situation and communicate the outcome to each member. In addition to auto liability, I also analyzed data and gave feed back to full-time auto adjusters for future improvement, and spoke with customers to ensure our customer satisfaction goals were met. Throughout the internship, I was able to further develop my time management skills. At times I had several tasks to complete in a specific time frame and had to prioritize my time to ensure all tasks were completed correctly. In addition to this, I also had the ability to improve my public speaking skills. Along with the other auto interns, I presented a project focused on employee engagement through an employee website to local leaders in the Olathe office. I was able to improve on a wide variety of professional skills that will be beneficial in my future. Show less
