Sole manager and content creator for all six Benefits Administration's social media accounts. These include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn for ParTNers for Health, the state group health insurance program for 300,000 State of Tennessee employees and their dependents and Working for a Healthier Tennessee, the employee wellness program. As part of the communications team, I ensure our members get the most out of their benefits and understand how to navigate the complex nature of insurance in an easy-to-understand manner. I create digital content, including ways they can save money with their benefits. I also produce and edit videos and animations that help employees navigate our enterprise resource planning system step by step during annual enrollment and mandatory trainings. I manage and update agency websites, read, proof and edit all wellness communications before they are distributed to our audience, host regular webinars and help plan and execute Working for a Healthier Tennessee’s annual event. I helped launch a new monthly email campaign for our wellness program that goes to almost 35,000 state employees. I manage the Working for a Healthier Tennessee website, and I'm responsible for reviewing and editing every piece of communications our team of wellness professionals creates and disseminates. Every year, Working for a Healthier Tennessee hosts an annual award celebration for employees and agencies that have helped make our state a healthier place to work. I help plan this event and manage the audio/visual components, which has become especially important since we've been hosting it virtually since 2020. Show less
