It was a pleasure to work with Natalia while we were working together on a mega transportation project. Natalia learns very rapidly, is extremely diligent and thoroughly reliable. She knew little about the project in the beginning but made tremendous progress at her tasks as an engineer/planner. She clearly knew the content and application of the analysis methods and provided many insightful comments throughout the project. During our site visit, she was given additional responsibilities for compiling the reports, data management and revisions to analyses which she handled efficiently. This enabled me to be free to concentrate on other tasks at hand. Like most of us, she initially needed the reminder about reading directions, but that was easily overshadowed by her energy, enthusiasm, intellect and learning skills. She takes any suggestions for improvement cheerfully and to heart. I would gladly work with Natalia on any project.
