  Hudson Yards Several pieces of the Hudson Yards project, including structural and façade design for the 51-story 10 Hudson Yards, structural design for the 80-story 30 Hudson Yards, structural design, a 90-story office tower. The building’s location presents a major challenge for this project. A significant portion of the building footprint is situated over the LIRR railyard. Culture Shed Adjacent to the High Line and a new public plaza, the new 200,000-square-foot cultural facility will be dedicated to the development and presentation of the visual and performing arts. Structural design for the 37,000-ton platform supporting the Hudson Yards construction site platform at Hudson Yards that will support 500,000 tons of construction divided between two towers and a retail podium. 601 Lexington Avenue (Repositioning) The Citigroup Center is an office tower in New York City, located at 53rd Street between Lexington Avenue and Third Avenue in midtown Manhattan. It was built in 1977 to house the headquarters of Citibank. It is 915 feet tall, one of the ten tallest skyscrapers in New York, and has 59 floors with 1.3 million square feet of office space. 731 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York. This 54-story, 880- ft. mixed-use development, which will be Bloomberg LLP's new headquarters, consists of a concrete residential tower on top of a steel office and retail podium. Designed by Cesar Pelli and Associates, it encompasses one full city block and features one tower with a very slender lateral system and a tuned mass damper, and another shorter tower; both are separated by a unique seven-story atrium.
