  While employed at Hot Shott, I was a server on the floor, made drinks in the bar, worked in the dish area, and operated the till. I would occasionally serve at private functions for customers organized through the cafe. I was often the first staff member shifted on after opening and assisted with closing the cafe down at the end of the day.

  Family Foundations is a company that is hired by Pennridge High School to help the teens within the school that require extra attention. Family Foundations provided individual attention, counseling, and connected with a students probation officer if applicable. We had roughly 20 students in our program ranging from 9th-12th grade. I worked as support staff to Joe Martin and helped keep all interactions, incidents, and improvements on record and organized.   The Turn Around calling service was available 24/7 for women who felt they were victims of sexual assault and/or domestic violence. I was one of several trained employees who would sign up for shifts as long as 11 hours, staying on call for any potential requests for help. I was trained to assist the women through the phone is possible, if not, I was to contact a shelter or the police if necessary.
