I was priviliged to have Natalia as my mentor during the Dare IT mentoring programme in Nov 2021- Feb 2022. For a couple of weeks, Natalia helped me go through a design project, with particular emphasis on user research. She gave me honest feedback and was always happy to offer some expert advice based on her professional experience. Natalia was always eager to answer any questions and went above and beyond a mentor role that was listed in the programme. She was able to find the time for me even in her most busiest times, always prepared and ready to share knowledge! 🙂 I received an excellent mix of her guidance and independence to learn and explore on my own. It was amazing and super informative couple of weeks where I could get hands on experience on a project. Thanks to Natalia, this has been my most valuable experience so far on the journey of becoming a UX designer.
