1. Led the development and first market release of minEFI as Product Owner. Teamed up with the CEO and commercial team to successfully launch the tool, an event that was covered by 10 of the most important media outlets in Colombia.2. Conducted interviews, developed coding tests, and participated in the final hiring decisions.
